Tri-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve: The valve body and valve seat are integrated components, and the sealing
surface of the valve seat is overlay-welded with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. A multi-layer
soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this type of butterfly valve
features high temperature resistance, easy operation, and friction-free opening and closing. When closing, the sealing is
compensated as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases, which improves the sealing performance of the
butterfly valve and extends its service life. It has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry,
metallurgy, and hydropower.

Product features:
1. The hard-sealed butterfly valve adopts a tri-eccentric hard-sealed structure, resulting in minimal wear between the valve
seat and the butterfly plate, and features a sealing function that becomes tighter as it closes.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, combining the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It
exhibits excellent sealing performance under both low and high temperature conditions, along with characteristics such as
corrosion resistance and a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is overlay-welded with hard alloy, making the sealing surface wear-resistant
and ensuring a long service life.
4. Large-size butterfly plates adopt a truss structure, which offers high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
5. According to user requirements, the hard-sealed butterfly valve can be designed with bidirectional sealing functionality.
It is not restricted by the direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by spatial position, allowing installation
in any orientation.
