Highlight:Cast steel steam pressure reducing valve
Product introduction:
Y43H series pressure reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve which include main valve and guide valve two parts. The main valve mainly consists of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts.Guide valve is mainly composed of seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, regulating spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, and the diaphragm sensor is used to change the outlet pressure. The piston is driven by the opening and closing of the guide valve to adjust the over-flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure. The main products are mainly used for steam pipeline, play a pressure reducing and stabilizing role.

Product features:
1. Stable and Controllable Initial State: The regulating spring is in an uncompressed state when leaving the factory, and both the main valve disc
and auxiliary valve disc remain closed. This prevents accidental opening during transportation or idle periods, enhancing operational safety.
2. Convenient and Intuitive Adjustment Method: By rotating the adjusting screw clockwise, the spring can be compressed, driving the diaphragm to
move downward and opening the auxiliary valve disc. This achieves mechanical linkage control of the medium flow path, making operation simple
and easy to master.
3. Automatic Pressure Balance Response: When the pressure behind the valve exceeds the set value, the diaphragm is pushed upward by the
pressure to compress the regulating spring. The auxiliary valve disc closes slightly to reduce the medium flowing into the upper part of the piston,
while the main valve disc narrows the gap under the action of spring force, reducing flow and allowing the pressure to drop back to a balanced
state. Conversely, if the pressure behind the valve is too low, the reverse action occurs (gap enlarges, flow increases), automatically raising the
pressure to achieve dynamic pressure stability.
4. Reliable Mechanical Linkage Structure: Pressure regulation is accomplished through mechanical linkage of the spring, diaphragm, piston, and
valve discs, with no complex electronic components. It is adaptable to various working conditions, featuring low operational failure rates and strong
stability.
