Product introduction:
The three-in-one check valve is a valve device applied to water supply and drainage systems in buildings and factories, as
well as the outlet of boiler pipeline pumps. It is mainly used to prevent water hammer impact caused by medium backflow
when the pump stops running. This valve integrates the triple functions of a globe valve, check valve, and balance valve. It
achieves silent closing through a spring-preclosed valve disc, is equipped with a nitrile rubber gasket to ensure zero leakage,
and has a built-in stainless steel spring to enhance corrosion resistance. The valve adopts a streamlined structure to reduce
pressure loss and supports installation in horizontal or vertical pipelines. The built-in opening indicator can adjust the pump
output in real time, and medium cutoff or bypass water diversion recovery is realized through the rotation of the valve stem.
Its flange connection design is compatible with pipelines of DN40-1200mm, with the applicable medium temperature
reaching up to 250℃ and the nominal pressure covering 1.0-4.0MPa. The core components include a copper alloy valve
disc, 2Cr13 stainless steel valve stem, and ductile iron valve body, which meet the protection needs of various industrial
scenarios such as building water supply and drainage systems and boiler condensate water systems.

Product features:
