Highlight: High-sensitivity Pressure Reducing Valve
Product introduction:
The pressure reducing valve is a pilot-operated piston type pressure reducing valve, consisting of two parts: the main valve
and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of components such as a valve seat, main valve disc, piston, and
spring. The pilot valve is mainly composed of components such as a valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and adjusting
spring. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the adjusting spring. The diaphragm senses changes in the
outlet pressure, and the opening and closing of the pilot valve drive the piston to adjust the size of the flow area at the
throttling part of the main valve, thereby achieving the functions of pressure reduction and pressure stabilization.

Product features:
1. The sensing efficiency for outlet pressure changes has been improved, sensitivity has been enhanced, and pressure
deviations caused by factors such as upstream pressure changes and flow rate changes have been reduced.
2. The streamline distribution has been optimized, and noise has been lowered.
3. The structure of the sealing surface has been improved, extending the service life of the sealing surface.
