Product introduction:
The Q361F turbo floating fully welded ball valve can be divided into two types according to the ball form:
fixed ball and floating ball. Generally, a floating ball structure is adopted. Under the pressure of the medium,
the ball is tightly pressed against the sealing surface at the outlet end to achieve the purpose of sealing.
Once the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve body is relatively large, it is often
difficult to open due to the large torque. The fully welded ball valve uses a high-strength forged steel valve
stem supported by stainless steel bearings for smooth rotation. Since the pivoted valve stem can absorb
the thrust generated by the pipeline medium pressure and reduce the friction between the ball and the
valve seat, even under full pressure difference, the torque required to operate the valve is still very low,
allowing the ball valve to open and close freely.

Product features:
1. The fully welded ball valve consists of a fully welded valve body and a carbon-reinforced Teflon gasket,
enabling long-life operation under conditions of frequent operation, presence of impurities and chemical
substances.
2. The finely ground stainless steel ball of the fully welded ball valve can open and close freely for many
years with reliable operation.
3. Adopting a floating ball structure, the inclined elastic sealing ring is tightly pressed on the ball, ensuring
that the valve can be tightly sealed even under unstable pressure conditions.
4. The anti-leakage structure of the valve stem of the fully welded ball valve uses two "O" rings, allowing
the valve stem to rotate freely with tight sealing.
5. It requires no maintenance, adjustment or lubrication, is easy to install, and operates reliably for a long
time with low operating costs.
6. The valve stem of the fully welded ball valve can be extended, making it easy for heat preservation.
7. The operating handle can be removed and installed in reverse direction.
