Bellows gate valve, also known as bellows sealed gate valve, forms a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the

atmosphere through automatic roll welding to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem. The valve stem adopts a double

sealing structure of bellows and packing to ensure leak-free sealing at the valve stem, which is particularly suitable for

pipelines of flammable, explosive, toxic and valuable media. The bellows are made of stainless steel or Inconel materials,

with a reasonable design of the bellows sealing structure, which is fatigue-resistant and has a long service life.

1. For the bellows globe valve, the key component is the metal bellows. The lower end is automatically roll-welded with the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically roll-welded with the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.
2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface is streamlined with the medium, resulting in better sealing performance and longer service life.
3. The dual sealing design (bellows + packing) ensures that if the bellows fail, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage, complying with international sealing standards.
4. The valve cover is equipped with a grease nipple, allowing direct lubrication of the valve stem, nut, and bushing. Traditional globe valves can only lubricate the threads.
