Among them, the valve body and valve cover are made of high-quality forged steel, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance. The valve stem is made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The gate is a key component of the valve, and its sealing performance directly affects the effectiveness of the valve. The sealing structure of forged steel gate valves is usually metal sealed, which can effectively prevent medium leakage.
And the other key component of the bellow sealed gate valve is the bellow pipe, its lower end is automatically welded with the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded with the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem.
This special type of dual sealing design, bellows and graphite packing to ensure zero leakage, If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and comply with international sealing standards.The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, however, the traditional gate valves can only add lubricating oil to the threads.
