Cast Steel Stainless Steel Shut-Off Valve for Ammonia Mediums Use
Product introduction:
The ammonia shut-off valve is designed specifically for pipelines or devices containing ammonia and gas. Attention has been paid to fire prevention requirements in terms of structure. The packing material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has reliable sealing and absolute leakage. The sealing auxiliary material adopts polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a soft seal with reliable sealing. Suitable for ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas fluorine gas pipeline systems, as an opening and closing device, and also applicable to other pipelines with temperatures ≤ 150 ℃. The ammonia shut-off valve has the characteristics of stable sealing performance, safe and reliable use, strong corrosion resistance, no medium leakage, and easy operation. It successfully solves the problems of poor corrosion resistance, easy perforation of the shell, poor sealing performance, and easy leakage of ordinary valves used in chemical pipelines. It is particularly suitable for the transportation of ammonia and gas pipelines in the chemical industry and meets the requirements of long-term reliable use. Its sealing, maintainability, safety, etc.

Product features:
1. According to the specific characteristics of the medium, corrosion-resistant steel (low-temperature carbon steel with added corrosion-resistant alloy elements) is selected for the valve body material of ammonia special globe valves, which can resist ammonia and liquid ammonia corrosion, and can reach -40 ℃ at low temperatures to maximize the requirements of working conditions.
2. The sealing pair of the ammonia globe valve adopts a ball and flat structure, with automatic sealing compensation to achieve a dual safety effect. The sealing performance is stable and there is no adhesive wear, effectively solving the problem of poor sealing performance and easy leakage of ordinary valves used in chemical pipelines.
3. The flange in the product adopts a concave convex sealing structure, which ensures absolute reliability of the flange seal even under pressure fluctuations in the pipeline.
4. Multiple levels of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing material are used in the upper sealing device to form a combined seal, ensuring that there is no medium leakage from the packing box of the valve during its service life, eliminating the possibility of weak sealing, medium leakage, and even accidents caused by ordinary valve packing raw materials.
