Product introduction:
Three eccentric metal hard sealed butterfly valve, the valve body and seat are connected components, and the sealing surface layer of the seat is welded with heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy material. Multi layer soft stacked sealing rings are fixed on the valve plate. Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this butterfly valve has high temperature resistance, easy operation, frictionless opening and closing, and compensates for the sealing with the increase of torque of the transmission mechanism when closing, improving the sealing performance and extending the service life of the butterfly valve. Product features:
1. The hard seal butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric hard seal structure, with minimal wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate, and has a sealing function that becomes tighter as it is closed.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperatures, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
