Product introduction:
SZZCP series self operated pressure regulating valve does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the regulated medium as the power source to introduce the actuator to control the position of the valve core, changes the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, and stabilizes the pressure in front (or behind) of the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and low pressure set point wave force, and is widely used in automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization for gas, liquid, and steam media.
Self operated pressure regulating valves have three structures: single seat pressure regulating valve (SZZYP), sleeve pressure regulating valve (SZZYM), and double seat pressure regulating valve (SZZYN); There are two types of actuators: diaphragm type and piston type; The types of functions including pressure regulation after the pressure reducing valve (Type B) and pressure regulation before the valve for pressure relief (Type K). The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN16, 40, and 64; The valve body diameter range is DN20-300; There are three levels of leakage: Level II, Level IV, and Level VI; The flow characteristic is fast opening; The pressure is adjusted in stages from 15 to 2500Kpa. It can be combined as needed to meet the requirements of user working conditions.
