Product introduction:
ZZWP series self-operated temperature control valve utilizes the principle of liquid thermal expansion and incompressibility to achieve automatic regulation. The liquid expansion inside the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control function is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature sensing liquid inside the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium exceeds the set value, the temperature sensing liquid expands and pushes the valve core downwards to close the valve, reducing the flow rate of the heat medium; When the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid contracts, and the reset spring pushes the valve core to open, increasing the flow rate of the heat medium.
This product is widely used in HVAC, domestic hot water, building automation thermal deoxygenation, and heat exchange equipment in industrial production fields. It is suitable for automatic temperature adjustment in various heat exchange conditions with steam, hot water, hot oil, and other media, as well as automatic temperature adjustment in special working conditions, such as chemical, textile, pharmaceutical and other production engineering.
