Product introduction:
A steam trap, also known as an automatic drainer or condensate drainer, is divided into steam system use and gas system use. The steam trap is installed at the end of the steam heated pipeline, and its function is to continuously discharge the condensate water from the steam heated pipeline to the outside of the pipeline.
Most steam traps can automatically identify steam and water (excluding thermal static type), thereby achieving the goal of automatic steam blocking and drainage. Steam traps are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food and pharmaceuticals, and power plants, playing a significant role in energy conservation and emission reduction.
Free ball float steam trap is generally used in steam pipe network and equipment, can automatically discharge condensate, air and other non-condensing gas, and prevent steam leakage of the valve. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Free ball floating steam trap valve products use the principle of buoyancy, float according to the amount of condensed water changes with the water level and rise, automatically adjust the opening of the valve seat hole, continuous discharge of condensed water.When the condensate stops entering, the float drops to the bottom by its own weight and closes the drain seat hole.Because the drainage valve seat hole is below the condensate water level, the water vapor is separated naturally and the water seal is formed to achieve no steam leakage.
