The rapid blowdown valve evolved from the gate and uses a gear to rotate 90 degrees to lift the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing, blowdown valve not only has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but also has small volume, light weight, low material consumption, small installation size, especially small driving torque, easy operation, and easy to achieve fast opening and closing.
Blowdown valve is directly dependent on the force produced by the medium pressure to help the mechanical load seal on the valve disc, the mechanical load on the valve disc is mainly from the compression spring, which is almost fixed mechanical load. Although the loaded blowdown valve can be well sealed by adjusting the spring force for compression springs, the seal differential pressure must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force to seal the valve during normal operation.The sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
Blowdown valve also as a fast sewage valve, it is not only with simple structure, good sealing, but also with small size, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size, especially for PN ≤ 2.0mpa high-temperature boiler regular sewage, can be five channels at the same time sewage, also can be a channel sewage.
