Product introduction:
Vacuum negative pressure safety valve is a special valve in which the opening and closing components are in a normally closed state under external force. When the pressure of the medium in the equipment or pipeline increases beyond the specified value, the medium is discharged outside the system to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value. Safety valves belong to the automatic valve category and are mainly used on boilers, pressure vessels, and pipelines. They control the pressure to not exceed the specified value and play an important protective role in personal safety and equipment operation. The safety valve must undergo a pressure test before it can be used.
The A72W negative pressure safety valve is suitable for negative pressure systems with temperatures ≤ 200 ℃. When the negative pressure inside the container exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically opens and sucks in air; When the negative pressure inside the container reaches the allowable value, the valve automatically closes to protect the equipment and system, it is normally installed in a normal non negative pressure system and automatically opens when the release valve of the container and system is not open and negative pressure is generated.

Product features:
1. When there are gas-liquid two-phase materials in the container, the safety valve should be installed in the gas-phase section.
2. When a safety valve is used to release flammable liquids, the outlet of the safety valve should be connected to the accident storage tank. When the released material is a high-temperature combustible material, the receiving container should have corresponding protective facilities.
3. The general safety valve can be vented on site, and the vent should be at least 1 meter higher than the operator and should not face open flames, sparks, or high-temperature equipment within 15 meters. The safety valve vent of indoor equipment and containers should be led out of the roof and raised at least 2 meters above the roof.
4. When there is a partition valve at the inlet of the safety valve, the partition valve should be in a normally open state and sealed with lead to avoid errors.
